Welcome to Scarlett & Parlour Co. The go to salon for Blonding, Extensions & Lived in color — located in the heart of Cinco Ranch, Katy, Texas.

While my main focus is in Blonding, Extensions & Lived in color I do still offer a range of services including color services, root color touch-ups, express treatments, grey coverage/blending, mini bonding services, blowdry/styling services and haircuts. 🖤

I am always accepting new clients and would love to have you in my chair! If you have specific time needs, feel free to reach out to me directly—I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

SATURDAYS are available by direct request for new clients, Existing clients have access to book Saturdays online.

After-hours appointments are also available by request for those who need a little extra flexibility or in an emergency case. These take place outside my regular scheduled hours for the day or on my days off (Wed,Thurs, Fri), which is reserved time for my family at home. Because of this, these types of appointments are limited, not available for future pre-booking/online, and are priced at 2x my flat rate.

If you are inquiring about extensions please note that all hair must be purchased through me. I work exclusively with professional brands I trust to ensure quality results and am unable to install hair from outside sources.
