Cancellation

A deposit, card on file and the policy and liability waiver + contact form are required to secure a booking. At Scarlett & Parlour Co., we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change—but to respect both my work time and other clients on the schedule, I do require at least 5 days’ notice for any cancellations, reschedules, or appointment changes. Cancellations or changes made with less than 5 days’ notice will be charged a 50% fee, as it’s considered a last minute change and that time is often unable to be filled without proper notice. I also allow a 15 minute grace period if you’re running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, we may need to cancel or adjust your service—and in that case, the 50% fee still applies. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. Your time in my chair means the world to me!
